The Dallas Cowboys face the Arizona Cardinals on Monday, Sept. 25 in NFL Week 3 on Monday Night Football. Here’s all the info you need to watch. Both Dallas Cowboys and the Arizona Cardinals enter this game with 1-1 overall records, and both teams in their losses failed to impress with their level of play in those games. The Cardinals are coming off a 16-13 overtime win against the Indianapolis Colts, but their season hasn’t had that strong of a start due to losing running back David Johnson opener. The Cardinals haven’t had much of a rushing game the first two weeks of the season with Chris Johnson leading them with 44 yards on 11 carries.

Elliott was perceived as loafing during each of the two interceptions thrown by quarterback Prescott during the Cowboys 42-17 loss at Denver during Week 2. Elliott simply watched while most teammates attempted to tackle the Denver player. Elliott, who rushed for a career-low eight years in the game, said he was “frustrated.”  The Cowboys (1-1) hope the focus will now turn away from Elliott and back to the business at hand. They need to post a win after absorbing such a nasty loss. The Cowboys dominated by the Broncos in the game and this young Dallas squad needs to prove it can bounce back.

Even with the play of the offense, the Cowboys defense hasn been great either with econdary starting to show weakness, but one surprise so far has been defensive end Demarcus Lawrence, who has 12 tackles and 3.5 sacks. The Cowboys lead the series all-time at 55-32-1, and the last time they’ve faced each other was Nov. 2, 2014 when the Cardinals defeated the Cowboys, 28-17. In fact, the Cardinals have won the past four meetings, with the Cowboys last winning against Arizona in 2006.
